I’ve gotten to that point where some of my lenses are getting old. What I found interesting is that when I first made the lenses, I didn’t publish them until they were the best they could be. Or so I thought. Now, in looking at them again some month or so later, I feel like I’ve definitely learned some Squidoo tips since then, and the lens could certainly be better.
In the beginning, I worried about the lens getting too long. But now, I’ve gotten some experience making a table of contents (2008 US Puzzle Championship), understanding of how to use the flickr module with permission (Mission San Diego de Alcala), better sense of layout with multiple Amazon modules (Pool and Billiards Trick Shots), a feel for how a single YouTube video looks in the YouTube module (Tim Chin), and success with Google Alerts in keeping me up to date (Starbucks and Clover). So, now, I have a bunch of lenses that aren’t up to my new par.
It’s time to fix them up a little. I don’t even have enough for Giant Squid consideration, and it already feels like a ton of stuff to manage!
